TRSA and WATS are co-hosting the Midwest Production Summit.  The Summit offers a combination of soft skills such as leadership development and emotional intelligence and practical operational issues including fire prevention and preventative maintenance. The sessions were culled from past summit recommendations and job analysis, as well as input from industry leaders.

General sessions, panels and facilitated discussions provide powerful and immediate take-home value, updating participants on industry developments and refining their plant management and production skills.

The summit offers insightful speakers covering topics including enhancing emotional intelligence, preventative maintenance, fire safety, leadership and decision-making, and process improvement using root cause analysis. Production Managers and GMs from the Midwest will combine for engaging panel discussions. The final day will include an informative plant tour.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received by April 19, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Cancellations received after April 19, 2024 will not be refunded and cannot be credited to another TRSA program or event. We will accept substitutions. After this date, TRSA has incurred costs associated with hotel guarantees and other expenses. All cancellations will be addressed and processed within 30 business days after the event.
